The discount is automatically added to your Nike Members Account and you can use it for one order.
We are not aware what the exact limit is per order (but we would estimate it to be around the $1000 + mark).
Nike regularly updates the terms and conditions for their Birthday Discount offer but unfortunately Nike customers and Nike Affiliate Partners such as ourselves do not see the details unlike the majority of their other promotions.

Until recently, Nike would send a unique 16 digit birthday voucher code which you could apply at checkout but they now automatically apply the birthday discount at checkout. Yeah I’ve made purchases before. I contacted them now and they said they randomly allocate it to different people on their birthdays so you’re not guarenteed to get one
