Rematch is a marketplace and we strive to make your shopping experience and our community as good as possible.
With regards to faulty goods, we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Rematch reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty, as well as taking into consideration time frame of purchase.
Returns and refunds for non-faulty goods are dependant on the vendor (seller). We will attempt to mediate the process as much as we can, but ultimately we cannot provide a guarantee of refund unless the goods are clearly faulty or not as described at the point of sale.
RETURN BY POST
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one who can give you a ‘Certificate of Posting’ as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.
