Hi Fletcher, Nike does not publish its exact terms and conditions for the Nike Birthday Discount. We believe you have to sign up at least 2 months before your birthday month and be sure to logon to your Nike account at least a few times. The date you receive the email varies but is more often than not on the day of your birthday itself. Hope this helps.

The discount is automatically added to your Nike Members Account and you can use it for one order.
We are not aware what the exact limit is per order (but we would estimate it to be around the $1000 + mark).
