There are no exact terms and conditions listed on the http://www.Nike.com website for this promo, but from our experience, you need to sign up at least 2 months in advance of your birthday and have an active account. The coupon/code is automatically added at checkout when you the discount is activated. Sorry we can’t help more but have a Happy Birthday.
