Hi Hannah, sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received your Nike 25% off birthday discount. As your birthday is at the end of March, you will probably have to wait a few more days to see if you receive the email from Nike and that the discount is applied to your account.
We would recommend logging into your Nike member’s account over the next few days and making sure all your profile detail are fully up to date. We would even recommend placing a Nike product in your checkout basket – as this should trigger a follow up email from Nike and hopefully will activate your full 25% discount. Please also bear in mind that there is no longer a voucher code associated with the Nike Birthday Discount. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
If these steps do not activate the promotion for you, we would then recommend getting in touch to Nike through their help webpage. The Nike Twitter support account is also useful and they have helped people get the birthday promotion in some cases.
