Being experts on Nike special offers, we find that they generally send the email towards the beginning of your birthday month i.e. on the 1st – 8th of the month. Nike does not reveal the exact time frame – but we find that you will not receive the discount unless you sign up at least 2 months before your birthday and you also need to periodically login to your Nike account.
